Amanda Adamo RMT
Amanda earned an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy from Centennial College and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, as well as being a member of the RMTAO. Prior to her massage therapy career, she obtained a HBSc in Health Sciences and Psychology from the University of Toronto.
Her journey in healthcare began in 2017, working as a Physiotherapy Assistant and Administrative Assistant, which provided her with a solid foundation in understanding the human body from a rehabilitative perspective. Complementing this knowledge, Amanda has a background in dance, having trained, performed, and taught for several years.
Utilizing a hands-on approach, Amanda incorporates various massage techniques including Swedish, Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Prenatal/Postnatal, and Trigger Point Release into her treatments. She has also pursued further education in Cupping Therapy, enhancing her skills and versatility as a massage therapist.

Hi! I am a Black-Female, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Throughout my clinical practice, I have had the privilege of working in criminal institutions, non-profits, and sports teams, helping individuals and families navigate mood disorders, trauma, conflict, and life transitions.

Angus holds a 2nd-degree black belt in Karate and has over 10 years of coaching experience in various disciplines. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Angus is deeply passionate about biomechanics and optimizing movement patterns for performance enhancement and injury prevention.

Dr. Ann-Merrie (AM) Leung graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Her educational journey began at the University of Toronto, where she earned her Bachelor of Music in Performance while playing competitive soccer.
Dr. AM brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to her practice, with over 15 years of soccer coaching experience and a background in high level performing arts and sport. She is a firm advocate for patient-centred care, employing a diverse range of chiropractic techniques that go beyond symptom management. Her focus is on restoring function, enhancing mobility, optimizing biomechanics, and improving performance. Fluent in French and Cantonese, she takes pride in being able to effectively communicate with a wide range of patients.
